I came from Colombia to support my daughter who suffers from a mental illness. It has been a great opportunity to be here, because I have been able to get to interact with different cultures from around the world.

In this uncertain time, I have learned making various types of art & craft: such as mosaic, handmade lamps, cards and paintings. These activities help me enjoy each moment and have been keeping me opened minded to discovering my newfound abilities and skills for art deep within my being.

Thank you to the staff team from Romeo Centre who has supported my daughter and encourage her recovery. They have also given me the tools to understand her difficulties and transform them into a good opportunity to be more creative, and resourceful. I have become a better support for my daughter.

Through this experience, I understood that together, we should give color to life because this is what brings peace, hope and forever love!
